Mambo Template Layout is incorrect

After joining the mambo template club and downloading the template of your choice you find that after installing the Mambo theme the layout is not as it appears via the Template Gallery then feel free to contact us and we can help.

One of the main reasons why the web design may not be displaying correctly is because many of the web design themes use CUSTOM MODULE OR CSS SUFFIX SETTINGS. Before contacting us please ensure you read the user guide via the members download area and the module / CSS Suffix settings associated with each design.

When you contact us we will need the following information.

1) Name of the Mambo template you are using.

2) Your web site address so we can see the web design running on your site.

3) If you would like us to setup or install the template for you then please provide us with your administrator user name and password for your mambo web site and we can setup the Mambo template for you.
